1. Shipping & Delivery

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched according to the type of product:

• Made-to-order items: Processing time is 5–10 business days.
• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

We ship via DPD and other tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times (transit only):

• Poland: 1–2 business days
• EU Countries: 3–7 business days

Total time = Processing + Transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return ready-made artworks within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

To initiate a return:

• The artwork must be in the same condition as received.
• It must be in its original packaging for safe transit.
• Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions: Custom commissions and pieces clearly marked as made-to-order are non-refundable once work has begun or has been delivered.

4. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage (take photos of the packaging and the piece) and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
