Shipping & Delivery

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. We ship worldwide via tracked courier services.

• Poland: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your new artwork. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return ready-made artworks purchased online within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions: Custom commissions and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once work has begun or has been delivered, as they are created to your specific requirements.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at fleszart.studio@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos of the box and the piece) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement.
