2. General
By placing an order with FleszArt Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms apply to all sales made through our website.
3. Products
All artworks sold by FleszArt Studio are original, handmade pieces created by the artist. Each work is one-of-a-kind and may have slight natural variations in texture, colour, and finish that are inherent to the handmade process — these are not defects.
Photos on the website are taken to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen calibration.
4. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
5. Intellectual property
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All copyright remains with the artist. You may not reproduce, print, or use the artwork or its image commercially without written permission from FleszArt Studio.
6. Custom commissions
Custom orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon before work begins. A deposit may be required. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due before shipment.
7. Liability
FleszArt Studio is not liable for any damage caused by improper care or handling of artworks after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item in cases of proven fault on our part.
8. Privacy
We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order (name, address, email). Your data will never be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
