2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Poland and selected EU countries. Processing times vary by product: 1–2 business days for ready-made items and 5–10 business days for made-to-order pieces. 3. Products

All artworks are original, handmade pieces created by the artist. Each work is one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in texture and color are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. Photos represent the artwork as accurately as possible, though minor color differences may occur due to screen settings.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successful. We accept credit/debit cards and other methods provided via our secure payment processors. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

5. Intellectual Property

Purchasing an artwork transfers physical ownership, but all copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the artist. Reproduction or commercial use of the artwork image is prohibited without written permission.

6. Custom Commissions & Returns

Ready-made artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders and made-to-order pieces are subject to specific agreements and are non-refundable once work has begun. Full return policy details are available in the Shipping & Returns section.

7. Dispute Resolution (ODR)

8. Privacy

We only collect data necessary to fulfill your order (name, address, email). Your data is shared only with trusted partners (e.g., courier services) for delivery purposes.
